Morning Wake Up Pod

You will have a reason to wake up early. 5 days a week you will meet with your pod and make plans for the day to come.

Daily Accountability

Our accountability coach will check in with you TWICE a day. If you don’t respond to our messages they WILL call you.

Monthly Bootcamp

Every month you will be able to meet members of other pods from around the world and be re-aligned by our expert team.

What does a day with us look like?

Its time to wake up & reflect!
Everyone from your pod meets at teh same time every day to keep your wake up times consistant. The first thing you will do is reflect on the day that just passed and share your wins.

A short, 5 minute practice is all it takes to help prep your mind and reduce your stress during the day ahead.

Planning
The last 5 minutes with your pod is dedicated to laying out your plans for the day so your accountability coach can support you.

Your accountability coach will be in touch to find out how you are going with your plans for the day.
