Terms & Conditions
- All deposits are strictly non refundable.
- Cancellations received prior to 45 days prior to the start of the retreat, will be charged the full deposit, (with any portion of the balance paid returned within 14 days of cancellation).
- Cancellations received 45 – 30 days prior to the start of the retreat, will be charged 50% of the total fee (with 50% of the fee returned within 14 days of cancellation).
- Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the start of the retreat will be 100% non-refundable.
- In case of cancellation, 100% of the total fee (less the deposit) can be applied to a future event within a 12-month period. Please note: fees are non-transferable.
- There are no refunds for unused portions of the fee.
- In case of cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, Force Majeure, etc, a full refund will be made within 14 days of cancellation.
